Refurbishment of students common room within St.Salvators Hall providing new snooker room, AV room and general circulation areas.

Work involved;

• Lining external stone walls with metal stud framing, Kingspan insulation and plasterboard with emulsion paint finish.

• Internal acoustic partitions , two layers Fermacell board each side of metal studs with mineral wool insulation between studs.

• Renewing all internal doors frame and facings compliant with fire stop regulations.

• Renewing suspended ceilings and all floor coverings.

• Refurbishment of snooker table.

• Installation of AV equipment.

Completed on time and to budget.
