Muirfield operate a Quality Management System to certified to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001: 2000.

The quality of our end product is determined by our Quality Management System and all of the processes that make up our procedures.

Our strategy is to plan quality into the project from the outset, throughout the tender, design, procurement and construction phases of all projects, and not restrict our quality systems to site operations, although these remain a top priority.

Our efforts to eliminate defects begins on as soon as a project is considered for selection and our teams commence in-house dialogue on the processes, techniques and materials which could be adopted to ensure that defects are not just minimised in the construction of our projects, but eliminated.

All of our site processes are controlled by the operating procedures laid down in the quality management system, and it is the ability of our managers to embrace these procedures and take ownership of quality in their product that ensures our quality systems are more than a checking exercise.
