Union Plaza, Aberdeen

This luxury office development is located in the city centre of Aberdeen surrounded by other existing buildings.

This was an extremely restricted site and the work had to be carried out using Mastclimbers and all material deliveries were managed through a "planned delivery" process, vehicle movements being controlled through a schedule of delivery programme.

Specification – 130mm Rockwool "M" System with K2 Finish.

This project was awarded an INCA award in 2009 for the quality of workmanship achievement.

In addition we were highly recommended for the Andy Swan Award in 2009.

The project was completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
