These four storey block of flats have been upgraded to achieve a 'u' value of 0.25 and to an extremely high standard of workmanship incorporating a Wetherby External Wall Insulation System:

• 80mm Phonolic Board
• Stainless Steel Lath
• Roughcast

Due to the client's complete satisfaction of the project being complete on site, within budget and to an extremely high standard of workmanship a second phase was negotiated.

All flats remained in occupation throughout the duration of both phases.
